AFS Technical Director to Speak On Coffee Antioxidants At National Coffee Association Convention AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 24, 2003--Applied Food Sciences, Inc. (AFS(TM)) announced that Chris Fields, its technical director, will address attendees of the National Coffee Association's 92nd Annual Convention about the science and application of natural antioxidants in coffee. This year's convention is March 7-9 at the Boca Raton Resort and Club in Boca Raton, Fla.
