Green coffee beans are a rich source of polyphenols, which
are powerful antioxidants. The polyphenols found in green
coffee beans are destroyed during roasting, even more so
with darker roasts. AFS' HealthyRoast is
a simple, 100% natural process that preserves the polyphenol
antioxidants and can be applied to any roast level and
bean type. The end result is medium roast coffee with greater
than 50% more antioxidants and dark roast coffee with greater
